voestalpine Metsec donates five computer monitors to Headway Black Country

Headway Black Country has received a generous donation of five PC monitors from voestalpine Metsec, providing valuable new equipment to support our day-to-day work.

Thomas Baumgartner, Finance Director at voestalpine Metsec, visited Headway Black Country to make the donation and meet with members of our team. The monitors will be used by our office staff, helping us continue to provide support to people affected by acquired brain injury and their families and carers across the Black Country.

Stephen Austin, Headway Black Country’s Business Relationship Manager, who facilitated the donation, said: “We are extremely grateful to Thomas and everyone at voestalpine Metsec for this generous donation. The monitors will be put to immediate use by our office team and will help us continue supporting people impacted by brain injury across the Black Country. Support from local businesses like voestalpine Metsec makes a real difference, providing practical resources while helping raise awareness of the work we do and the people we support.”

Every day, Headway supports people living with acquired brain injury to rebuild their lives, regain independence and reconnect with their communities.

Thomas Baumgartner said: “As most of our employees live within a five to ten mile radius of our company, supporting local charities and community organisations is important to us. When we learned about the valuable work Headway Black Country does to help people affected by acquired brain injury and support their families, we were pleased to be able to contribute by donating these monitors. We hope they will help the team continue delivering their essential services across the Black Country. We are proud to support a charity that makes such a positive difference in our local community”.
