This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Chief Officer, management team and Board of Trustees to strengthen the sustainability and impact of the charity.
Headway Black Country supports people and families across the Black Country who are rebuilding their lives after brain injury.

Hours: 21 hours per week
Contract: 12-month fixed term
Location: Dudley
Salary: £19,865 (FTE £35,000)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop a pipeline of new income opportunities
- Build and manage partnerships and sponsorship
- Support the promotion of services and partnerships
- Manage opportunities from idea through to delivery
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders

About You
You will bring experience in:
- Business development, partnerships or fundraising
- Relationship building and stakeholder engagement
- Developing income-generating opportunities
- Managing multiple projects and priorities
